However, if you want to purchase pre-sale rights for our Security Tokens, register for our Security Token Sale, and/or participate in our Security Token Sale (collectively, the “Token Sale Activities”) you will be asked to provide personal information either directly to us or to the third party or parties we have engaged to assist with the Token Sale Activities, including know-your-customer, anti-money laundering and accreditation compliance (references to “us” below includes such third parties).
